Blogger won't let my copy and paste .... So I'll have to type it up later. But above is the link for the recipe. I used the cream recipe from the Cascade Park cook book for the cherry jello topping.

cabbage salad
If you are looking for a way to use half a head of cabbage then I have the most awesome recipe for you. My old neighbor and I made this together last summer and I just remembered how good it was. I'm eating it as I type this. It also calls for Ramon noodles so it's the exact opposite of healthy (if you're comparing this recipe to Megan's previous ones).
1/2 cabbage (shredded)
almonds or sesame seeds or any type of nut (i had peanuts and cashews)
broken up package of Ramon noodles + seasoning packet (chicken flavor)
2 T sugar
3 T vinegar
1/3 C oil
pepper
cooked chicken chunks
toss together and enjoy!
