No added fat cake mix Cake

1 cake mix
2 TBSP flour
1 3/4 c water
3 egg whites (or whole eggs, whatever you want)

Mix flour in with cake mix.  Mix and bake as directed on pan.

This totally works for me.  You would never know a difference between full fat and this lower fat version. (Ryan couldn't even tell!)  But, who knows what would happen at high altitude....you should try it out.

White Cranberry Macadamia Cookies

1 white cake mix

1/4 cup flour

1/4 cup water

1/2 cup oil

1 egg

1/2 cup cranberries*

1/2 cup macadamia nuts

Mix ingredients together. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes.

*To mix things up, substitute cranberries or macadamias with white chocolate chips
